Ember & Grounds was born from a simple belief: that a great cup of coffee can transform an ordinary morning into something worth remembering. We source our beans directly from small farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — building relationships that honour both the land and the people who tend it.
Every drink on our menu is the result of obsessive care — from the temperature of the water to the grind size, the tamp pressure to the pour. We don't rush. Neither should you.
